Fat bombs are little snacks/foods that are high in healthy fats. Most folks eat fat bombs when they are on a low calorie, low carb, Keto, Paleo or Atkins type diet. They are use as a way to maintain their healthy fats, satisfy hunger and increase energy.
I use them on days when I want to smash 3 slices of cake or when I’m feeling extra hungry between meals. They have been a real God-send for me and I’m always looking for ways to add coconut oil into my day.
