Bonus Treat*** Ladies, you are going to LOVE me for this.
After you are done drinking your tea, save 2 or 3 tea bags from the day.
Run a nice warm on the verge of hot bath and place the tea bags inside.
Add some apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and a little coconut oil.
