My Current Weight Loss Plan and Supplements

So I’ve been in the gym religiously for 16 days now. Although I have been working out prior to the 16 days, I wasn’t as dedicated as I am now. Fitness is a journey, not a destination. Those are some wise words to live by when it comes to your fitness journey. Anyway, I have been using a few supplements to help me stay focused and to optimize my results in the most natural way possible. In this video, I share with you the supplements Ive been using lately, my workout program and my fitness goals.
