My plan is to fast in order to get in the right space mentally, physically, and spiritually to not only live healthier and be happier but to make it a permanent change.
Achieving amazing results has never been difficult for me with all of my tips and tricks, the hard part has always been maintaining as life throws heavy things my way. When things go wrong I tend to turn to unhealthy things for comfort. I’m focused on getting in a space mentally where nothing can change my focus and love for myself.
